Being a member of the SCEE Group, S.J. Electric utilises Trivantage Manufacturing’s local factories to design and manufacture a range of Low Voltage Power Distribution products. These in- house capabilities allow us to provide our customers with the ability to customise, and influence the design of their switchboard as well as attending our local factories for factory acceptance testing (FAT).

As an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) we partner with leading technology providers and can offer the right brand of switchgear to best suit the overall electrical design.

Our low voltage power distribution products are available in a range of options and sizes:

• Design verified to AS/NZS 61439.1:2016 at 415V and 690V
• Zinc anneal mild steel, aluminium or stainless- steel construction
• Modular non welded or custom-built fully welded construction
• Powder coating in a wide range of colours, ripple, orbital or polished finishes available
• Degree of ingress protection up to IP66
• Current ratings up to 6300A Short circuit withstand capacity up to 100kA for 1 second and 50kA for 3 seconds
• Form of internal separation up to Form 4b
• Voltage ratings up to 1000V
• A range of configurations – front connect, rear connect or back-to-back
• Temperature rise testing 3200A, 4000A and 6300A ACBs
• Internal arcing fault compliance: 415V 65kA and 690V 60kA
