The Greenvale Lakes shopping precinct is located in the northern suburb of Roxburgh Park in the City of Hume, which is one of Victoria’s fastest growing municipalities. The new shopping precinct comprises of a Woolworths supermarket, BWS outlet, three minor tenancies, McDonalds restaurant, petrol station and end of trip facilities.
The project showcased S.J. Electric’s ability to manage multiple facets of a greenfield site build, starting with the design and supply and/or installation of the site’s power distribution assets. These included:
- Design and supply of the sites main switchboard
- Design and supply of the house services distribution boards
- Design and supply of the supermarket switchboards
- Installation of the new 1000kva kiosk sub-station
- Installation of the Supply Capacity Control Device (SCCD)
With light and power and refrigeration services being the cornerstone of
S.J. Electric’s offering, our team completed the full light and power fit-outs for both the supermarket and liquor outlets as well as the light and power base builds for the three minor tenancies. S.J. Electric also took care of the installation of the precinct carpark lighting as well as the full electrical refrigeration fit-out of the supermarket.
