Scope of Work:
S.J. Electric was contracted to supply and install new light and power as well as upgrade the existing sub-station for the new restaurant precinct ‘The Loft’ on Level 3 at the Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre.
S.J. Electric installed all of the new lighting for the level as well as installing individually metered switchboards for the 12 new restaurant tenancies. This involved the manufacture and installation of a new 1200A MDB-L3 switchboard to supply each of the tenancy sub-boards.
Our team upgraded the existing sub-station from a 1500kVA to a 2000kVA transformer and replaced the existing main switchboard to accommodate the additional power load the shopping centre now required as a result of the refurbishment.
